I don't see why not. Owning and using an emulator cannot be made illegal. If anything, Nintendo should be happy that it can now sell its software to millions of new users.

P.S. In about an hour, I will know if I made a very big mistake on CREAF or not. The only down side I see is that there is so much negativity built into the stock that even if they disappoint, they may rise or not fall too much. In any event, I am "hoping" (ugly word <G>) for a trip to 13, followed by a dive to ~9.
