I was going to buy some at around 15 cents, but my portfolio is all risk stocks and I lost my nerve. This was the bounce I thought may happen. Since it has happened once, I will try to get in and be ready for the next one.

For the share holder waiting for it to return to the $ 1+ days, I think they will be waiting for a while until the fundamentals are corrected (i.e. positive earnings or a huge find).
