Bill, are you some kind of forensic scientist? Want to go see if you can do some DNA matches there? Aside from which plenty of U.S. Presidents have dealt with plenty of bloody regimes. You want to tally it all up and let us know, be my guest. Maybe you could explain Henry Kissinger while you're at it. Was it Bush who told Marcos how we admired his great love of democracy?
