Got this off another thread: Just got off the phone with Dustin: Im sure he would not mind me sharing part of my coonversation with all of you. Topics as follows: Flex and NUOA: He did confirm deals in the works thru these 2. However, there have always been deals in the works, which I for one am excited about. He DID NOT confirm the rumor. This does not mean it isnt true or false. Do your own DD and judge for yourself. Loans: They are closing loans DAILY. With their PMI and Fannie Mac affiliation, he is very axcited about the deals that have already been reported thru previous PR's. Everone look at it. ARET has $25mil in deals. Now compare that to Fannie Mac who had only $25mil (approx figures) for all of 1998!! So with this in mind, this is going to be a blockbuster!!!! Indian Nations: The Indian Nations negotiations for construction is going great!!..He noted that negot's with the Nations are diff than others. This is the reason that it took awhile for all of this to get off the ground. (please note that I am not an expert and all info is MY interpretation only as I understood it! STOCK MOVEMENT: MMs are quite possibly one shorting their postions and are letting the rubberband fly!! This makes sense and will also bring ARET to the levels it deserves. Remember that with most of the prior PR's, the stock hardly moved. This was due to the fact that the MMs were shorting and loading. IMHO..the rubberband is let go and HERE WE GO!!!!!!! In all, Dustin is very pleasant to speak with and I do not get the impression that he hides or misleads at all. I thank him for the extended amount of time that he gave me to help me to understand ARET overall!! Hope this helps!! Dustins # is 913-859-9505. He is accessible and open to investors.
