(NewsTraders.com) -- Helen of Troy (HELE) Chairman of the Board, CEO Gerald Rubin bought 53,000 shares of common stock on January 7 for $13.00 a share, according to a Form 4 released today by the SEC. Rubin owned 2,865,942 shares directly and 276,980 shares indirectly after the transactions.
