Harvey, if you enter EAR at the following site you can get the owners of Hearx or any other company: stocksmart.com 3M owns about 15% and Soros owns about 4%. This can also be verified by doing a search for Hearx at the SEC site. There is a 3M filing dated Jan 24th (13 D/A) there stating 3M's current position. sec.gov John
