well...they missed their # and even though backlog and revenue looked great, they didn't get the upgrade investors were looking for from H&Q....Also, have you looked at other ERP software co's? They aren't exactly faring well, either. There have been a few negative industry reports out there that have hurt the group, and the leaders like SAP, JDEC, MANU, etc, have been hit pretty hard. greg
