Alex,

It takes more than just buying the stock (although that takes guts).

To be an official ISB member you must be still holding the stock in a years time and during that period
- spend six months watching it slump to 40% of current value (averaging down is permitted during this time although a true ISBer would not stoop so low)
- spend the next six months watching it stagger up to 60% of its current value only to slump down again the next week.

Take heart, your investment will give you the occasional evening of excitement as TDFX announces yet another good quarterly result, but I am afraid the morning after is as bad as any hangover.

I hope for your sake you won't be joining the club.
