Joanna,

I'm not sure what your point is here. I are saying there is a
huge difference between a standard ERP consultant and an ERP
consultant that specializes in Y2K? I am an ERP Programmer/Analyst and that seems to me a little ludicrous. Are you talking about
consultants at a high level (planning/mgr types) or the worker bees, those in the trenches, those actually doing the work, because there has been no slowdown in demand for those types of folks (witnessed by the dozens of calls I get every week and my friends out in the consulting world you are still working their tails off). There may
be a low tide in all this, but I have yet to see any data to indicate
it is happening now or even in 1999 or Q1 or Q2 of 2000 (when we find
out how good a job we have actually done in remediation). If there is
some data from IDC or Forrester, or Gartner, please let me know.

Finally, I listened to the entire conference call. I am still confident in the company's prospects. In six to nine months, I
think all longs will be a little happier. In 1-2 years, very happy.

All shorties and day-traders, seek thee the internet frenzy, this baby
has very little downside risk left.

Just one man's humble opinion.
