Venezuela, Mexico and Saudi Arabia initiated and crafted the original cutback in oil production... And weren't all these three countries the worst villains in all this oil mess?... Throughout this mess the Saudi Arabia virtually sabotaged the oil market improvement in addition to grabbing up the Iraqi's quote.. and Venezuela and Mexico were the very worst cheaters... Isn't that the case?
