It is down because things aren't looking up for Vivus. Their future and the turnaround are always 3 to 6 months away. You can only pull that BS off for so long.

Vivus is a $2.50 stock period. It is not manipulated. There is no conspiracy to hurt Vivus longs.

Look at other stocks in a similar situation and they will have a similar valuation.
