Think about it over the weekend, Red.

It's not a particularly good deal. Not bad, just not very good.

If it's the best they could get, means majors and others not too excited at this time. Think about a few other ventures with one good hole. Think about other companies in similar situations. They got better money on better terms, much faster than it took to negotiate this effort.
