China laid out their Internet Backbone and Plan even earlier than other Asia countries. They involved Internet even earlier than Taiwan. U.S sprint and At&t Already paid out Internet fiber backbond there in many province couple years ago. There telephone and PC grow rate is still the number one in the world especially cellular business. The city Shenzhen(mentioned in the news)is one of the city with the most cellular and wireless users in the world. The potential is hugh. HK residents only need to take 30 minutes to go to Dongguan area by train. I think there target customers are HK, Taiwan and local business men. Internet users is very popular in University now in China. Same thing like couple years ago here. go GGNC..
