Elio, what the lawyer should have told you, which seems to me that he doesn't know what the hell he is talking about is that BNEZ is a
NON-REPORTING COMPANY
which in laymans terms means if they don't want to, they don't have to tell anyone a dam thing.
Now if they didn't care about the shareholders, then they wouldn't even put out press releases about contracts and other developments.
Now I will be the first to admit they don't have the best shareholder public relationship right now.
But I didn't buy BNEZ because of their shareholder norm, I bought because of PMA and I believe that Jack and Mikey can pull it off. If they don't, well it is just another company that tried to make it in the big world and got squashed like a little bug.
There is nothing anybody can do right now but wait, come July, we will have to file no matter what, so than everybody will see the books and there won't be any problems and nothing to hide. Shareholders can do nothing right now but sit back and watch the movie and hope the ending is great.
I for one think that myself or Mr.D should be voted onto the Board of Directors with Jack and Mikey, but since they have control of the company, 51%, unless they invite us aboard or say okay, there isn't much we can do, like I said, I bought BNEZ because of PMA and future software, not its shareholders relations.
