Don't get encouraged by the fact that they haven't challange the notice, because they are not paying either.... and probably won't until they get sued... but, we have to wait for some of the big boys to start settling... of if necessary, be found to be infringing on the patent. I still cannot believe that all this defendants will fight this case... they will have to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars.... a lot more than if they just settled... So... If I can, I'll pick up some more at $1.00 Finally, of the 7 million shares outstanding, only a couple of million are in float... so when people start buying, this stock will have to rocket...
