Fair enough......>

I thought I have stated my opinions (& repeatedly to the point of pissing you off) though obviously not convincingly enough,oh well. If I find any further and more concrete arguments to support my theory I will consider posting it here if I am still in the stock.

As for ML paying a huge premium for the stock, well I won't be surprised if they do as time is of essence here I think.Currently some 25% of the trades are done online (if I am not mistaken) and the number is increasing by the day.True ML has plenty of fact cat (and possibly mature)customers but are they losing market share? Are they losing existing customers? Are they signing up enough new customers? I don't know but I have over the last 6 months or so read many opinions that this may be happening.

I did say EGRP/AMTD or someone else are possible candidates for acquisition, mergers and or consolidation. OK enough ramblings from me,so long.

PS: I do make idle speculations now and then but this wasn't one of them I don't think.
