Thomas, one thing I forgot to mention, they are currently a non-reporting company, as such they are not required to file with the sec. This is important and it's changing. (3/1/99). There are many non-reporting companies out there trading on the otc-bb market, any company that is not reporting within the next 18 months will be relegated to the electronic pink sheets (probably similar to how this stock now trades). The sec reporting requirement is being phased in alphabetically beginning, I believe, in August of this year and continuing for a year. jjbucci
