Ron,

Interesting to note that as soon as a story on price manipulation /foul play/ and or scam happens to coincide with an NRI run-up there are conclusions dawn. I personally doubt that NRI suffers from any of these qualities. I would like to point out from the press release that you have quoted:

The Securities and Exchange
Commission announced Friday that it was
suspending trading in five companies because of
questions raised as to the adequacy and accuracy
of publicly disseminated information...... soared to
astonishing heights recently AMID A SERIES OF
QUESTIONABLE PRESS RELEASES.

Which begs the question: what questionable press releases has NRI made? To my knowledge, the only release was the transfer of ownership to RMS Limited. I am not going to say that your theory is totally false, but I seriously doubt that it is true. I have not seen any publicly disseminated information that is of question. Then again, I only know what is released on the news-wires. But I would like to know on what facts, other than the price run-up, you base your theory on. It seems fantastic to me that any significant price rise in a small cap must be due to some foul play. I am sure there is more to your theory than this.

Back to IDX. When is the Identicator acquisition supposed to be completed? Do you guys have any idea how much Identicator will add to IDX's earnings? Finally, why has there been so much talk on the Yahoo board about Fowler being a less than competent CEO (I am being very mild)? Has he done something or not done something? I am not attacking, I am asking.

Regards,
Bob
