Earlie, I think it could be all of the above. However, you have to wonder how things could get much worse for AMAT and MU, both of which hit new highs today? <G> Talk about brains disconnected from buy buttons.

Gateway may be showing Dell the way on AMD processors. If you want to play at the low end, you can't play with overpriced mpcs. True, Intel eats 2/3s of your advertising budget, but they're still overpriced after that. <G>

But Intel bulls should be happy. If they lose ALL their market share, then Justice doesn't have much of an anti-trust case. <G>

I remember Dell saying that you can't make money on the low end of the biz. I think he's right. And he will be there and be slapped around. <G>
