Bengalus, Here's ABI's listing on Gel-Tech. Given that GUMM really doesn't bring anything to the table leads me to the conclusion that the reason for the "venture " is to pump GUMM's stock. Anyone seriously looking into GUMM should first look at QGLY as they have been selling homopathic cold remidies in table form (cold-ease) and have a market cap of 68 mil. this cold thingy with GUMM is a bunch of hype.
