Take a look at Meridian Data.

They have $40m in cash and $70m market cap. Their business is growing steadily and they've been in business a long time, like Phoenix. I did some work with them about 7 years ago when I was working in the Olivetti BIOS group in Cupertino.

That stock hasn't gone anywhere in a while, either, validating Fred's point about fundamentals not being enough to send the price up. Also, check out Macromedia.
