yes i can clarify dear. as you will recall from the transcripts bruce judd gave you to post, the motion originally was two-fold. the other part being for andy mann to 'show cause' why the stock should not be returned. i believe the exhibit was relevant to that. andy mann now is in default. so i would assume the concentration will be on extending r.o. & injunction to dtc. spider
