My Guess is Volpe-Brown will be picking up a new position in the very
short term. Probably right after the price drops a bit.This new purchase of the Ottawa based company will give them the lions share
of the Canadian government Y2K business. With only a little over 12000000 shares , the big institutions can't get in without moving the
board too much. I hope the company realizes the big boys are the ones
that will screw you to the wall then slap you when times get tough.
