Thanks for the post jopawa. I was looking at the upgrade history in yahoo tonight and it shows a new strong buy from morgan stanley. Is it new or has it been there awhile? there's no date. This stock looks like it's got a few points up next week. Did goldman sacks or any other analysis give a target price on UIS. This is a new buy for me while I wait for Rambus to rocket again.
