The deferred rev that they do not know what to do with could help offset this charge...

I know this might sound silly because your posts seem to indicate that you were pleased but;

1- Based upon your previous feelings on RMBS, did the meeting make you any more or less excited?
2- Was there anything that you would consider negative or a red flag?
