I agree, a 10% overstatement of earnings is not too bad, however, their are now several law suits pending against ABH and I question how these will affect profitability and future stock performance. I am interested in picking up a position in hopes of a double or triple in stock price (to offset losses of my current long position at $16/share).

Can anyone comment on how the pending suits may affect ABH's chances as a recovery to say $5 to $7 per share?
