First of all I thought hind sight was 20/20?

Secondly I do buy the "let Viagra ware itself down before launching MUSE" theory.

Why should Astra launch MUSE in the midsts of all the Viagra hoopla?

Look where it got Vivus when they blew all the $$$ on the worthless rental reps in Q2 '98.

It's best to keep the powder dry and attack when the moment is right.

I believe it's called a marketing strategy and I think Astra will be smart to learn from Vivus' mistake in the US.
