Gerald -- I have a fairly minor short position on MSFT (puts actually). Don't ask why, I sometimes have these lapses in judgement. What I was wondering is -- do you think this turn of events is significant enough to have any impact on the stock? Is this a turning point? Or more likely just another in a long, drawn out but eventually pointless litigation? Just curious to see what others think. Thanks in advance.
