In rt3 you can get your Time & Sales data by opening a Time & Sales window and provide the stock symbol, date (up to 1 week back), beginning time, and ending time for the data. Once you get the data you can print it, or copy it to the clipboard so that you can paste it into another application. Right-click the Time & Sales window to get a short-cut menu of for quickly printing and copying to the clipboard.

That's all I know. I'm not sure how to do what you want with Level II in rt3.
