borland.com and "ecommerce"
i went to borland.com and what I saw when trying to order products was a frieking joke, and what I consider to be a true misuse and abuse of the word ecommerce. First of all, not to mention the misspellings, you can't order more than one product at a time WITHOUT HAVING TO ENTER ALL OF YOUR ORDER INFORMATION OVER AGAIN. For ex, buy delphi, fill out all of your order info, buy jbuilder at the same time and you have to leave the screen and start all over again. no option to retain any buyer information. are these people complete morons or what.
my opinion, FIRE ALL PEOPLE that authorized the use of ecommerce language. anyone willing to bet if yocam has ever even looked at borland.com??? Either way, he is still a loser for letting the company disgrace itself like this. What a shame, he is screwing not only his shareholders, but also current and potential customers.
Please check it out for yourself and COMPLAIN TO "MANAGEMENT". When I called customer service, she tells me that "everyone is complaining about it..." then she tells me to call the webmaster because "they aren't listening to me" I mean can you people believe this? What a disgrace. If you are a shareholder, call them and let them know that we are sick of this shit and aren't going to take it anymore. I am so pissed off. I can't believe this investment is going down the shute. All this great technology, and what do we have, five stinking dollar stock price. |
