This could be Huge, I have followed OBCOMM for the last year. The potential is vast. I don't know how many other resellers of ORBCOMM services there are, but this is the first one I know about. I'll be putting my toe in this bath Monday.
AMC's Statham detailed the terms of the agreement in noting that the initial 100,000 invested by Eco-Max is for 200,000 shares of thecompany's common stock restricted from sale for a minimum of one year along with options for Eco-Max to purchase an additional 400,000shares at prices ranging from one to two dollars per share. To date, ORBCOMM has launched 28 LEO satellites. AMC's current value-added solutions include two-waycommunication for remote oil and gas sites, as well as monitoring multiple functions aboard rail cars, intermodal containers and oil and gas platforms.
