Thats very true ELIO, but you must also remember, the Lawyers that have gotten us THIS FAR IN THIS LAWSUIT THAN ANY OTHER LAWYERS IN THE HISTORY OF THE COMMUNICATIONS DECENY ACT-------- have told the company, it is THEIR advice, Since they are the council of the company, not to say anything or report anything at all.
And you know damn well if your a landlord and the renters ask you to see the paperwork for the new carpet you just put in, you don't have to show them squat, if they don't like the new carpet, they can go rent another house. IT IS YOUR HOUSE AND YOU ARE THE OWNER
I'm not dissing your lawyer, but the ones that I have talked to agree with what BNEZ is doing. Remember, these lawyers, our lawyers, sure the hell aren't doing this whole case on contingency, no way, they are getting paid some bucks I'm sure. And these lawyers are financial lawyers, litigation lawyers etc, these just aren't some joe smoe's working for us just out of law school at the local hokie pokie.
