Harvey, an addendum. Soros bought in heavily last January which drove the price from $2.00 to about $6.00 in a week or so. Another buyer was the founder of Home Depot who led a group of investors. A big question is how much Soros still owns of what he originally bought; he may still be buying, then again, maybe not. Fundamentally, they've had losing quarters. However, they've spent a lot on infrastructure and are in a better position to take on all the additional contracts they've added in the last nine weeks.
