Winspear has been afraid of a DeBeers offer since before Christmas. I wonder if we are getting the same story from different people. I reported that they were willing to go $30 if necessary but management have a high % of shares to keep then at bay. The way shares are selling they won't have to go that high and we do not know how many shares they already own.
