Hey Dave, did Spidey tell you about the Nextech lawsuit against AZNT? Did he tell you the judge issued a summary judgment last week in favor of Nextech? No, you say. Well, why not? Ever wonder where the stock price might be if the millions of shares that are still restricted but should not be were available to be sold and Mikey weren't his own TA?
