Let me ask something, James S. Re: Valuation--

What do we think OMKT is worth? While, on one hand, $25 seems a long way from $14.75, that price values OMKT at about $875mm. Is that a fair takeout value for all of the intellectual property we own?

I mean, what's a "shopping cart" patent worth? How about "secure, real-time payments?" Or "session tracking?"

As an operating business, we know OMKT hasn't been a raging success. Execution is terribly slow. But if you consider the value of its technology, you struggle to call it anything but "priceless."
In strong hands, these patents can be defended to kingdom come.

In short, *everybody* pays us. Now, let's put a pricetag on it!
