I have spoken with Dave several times in the past few months and I know that he has not received a salary during the past year. He has been focused on building the company. I can understand a small sale of his shares. He still retains over 2,000,000 shares and has strong sense of direction for the company. With the auction site opened, the expanding sales of paintball guns and supplies, sports training, national marketing efforts etc...., this should be a good year for the company.
