Bass is too ugly

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and this spring I hope to beholdin my first 10lb largemouth. Lake Cooper, Texas, Northeast of Dallas. Last year I caught several over 7 lbs and had some bigger on the hook but lost them in the timber. This year, better prepared (I hope), better line, know the patterns, the right lure and the right presentation(right) just drop it in front of their face and get ready for a freight train trying to steal your pole.
