Morning Paul, PO in a vertical count method is normally figured after a stock has bottomed out or as a lesser indicator after the last sell signal but this is questionable.... In the case of AMAT the last sell signal was at 41 the reversal coming after the last O at 40 with a string of 6 boxes up...6 x 3=18 +41=59 Sorry that at the present time I cannot help with a PO based on a vertical count method...beyond what I have thus far...
