Darkgreen, to Paraphrase a Texan former Senator, I have known racists (and they are not my friends), and Palissard ain't no racist. The first step in a racist approach is to dehumanize the target race, thus lowering the moral barriers toward the target race so as to allow inhuman behavior toward such race. Pallisard did not engage in any of those, IMHO.

He might have erred in the selection of the words or even in the interpretation of some socio economic facts, that is about it. I could cite ten American companies that have on their battle flag the motto: "No pioneers here, pioneers end with arrows in their backs" and that would not make me a racist toward these entities. This is in essence the motto adopted by many Japanese conglomerates.
