NOTICE TYPE: Issuance of Share Purchase Warrants
NOTICE DATE: January 7, 1999

The Vancouver Stock Exchange has approved the issuance of 426,667 non-transferable warrants convertible into common shares of the Company at a price of $0.15 per share for a period of sixteen (16) months to Camvest Holdings Ltd. (Campbell D. Gardiner, as to 320,000 warrants) and David H. Stone (as to 106,667 warrants) pursuant to a loan arrangement of June 1997. The issuance is in consideration of a non-interest bearing loan in the amount of $160,000.
