I have also been building a position in this stock, average price now 9.5. I think it is a huge winner over a multi year hold. I've heard some commentators talk about Japanese banks in the same vein as the US banks in the early 90's.

This bank in particular doesn't seem to have the same non performing loan exposure as the others.

The price action is giving lots of opportunity to accumulate a substantial position
