Robin As I recall, and I am almost never wrong about something like this, Rick and Hank and several others held on to a few "good will" shares which would also qualify them, fortunately, for any soon to take place "moveable feast." Anyway, I am sure "the great good guy," paul, would have no objection based on technicalities. His nobility is such that I am sure he would even be happy to have us bring any family members who might be able to accompany us. Larry
