It's what is unsaid as well as what is said in the announcement. AAMs now is more secure with this announcement.
I am referring to this news. This completes the requirements to continue with the financing. Capital Z is a Go!. IT was planned and all that was needed was approvals. The NYSE has started the release of these moneys by giving it's approval. The company will not be downgraded much further and may be upgraded after this set of shares brings in Capital Z. It's a low interest kind of quarter and so was the last. Someone mentioned to me what we all should know. Many are refinancing. That's a lot of new loan money fees that come in from new loans. Old ones are paid off and new ones are made. The rates are down for home buyers and for home lenders. It's the start of a financial corner for AAMs and a return to profits.
Yes, it is possible nothing will happen. I plan to renew a loan on a house I have. There's closing costs ans fees and all that good stuff that I gotta pay. There's the new interest rate and the mortgage and I should get the same rates. Low. I save money over my old loan. AAMs makes a transaction fee. The higher ate is paid off for lenders and AAMs. The 100 million is good for AAMs and great for Capital Z and the profit should show on the next few reports. This holds true for many financial groups when the new loans start closing. Notice all those mortgage offices and all the refinance letters in the mail. Check the ads on T.V. More and more are seeing the profit in financial groups like AAMs. I'm planning to buy more as I did Friday.
Review the news in this and ck. out the financial world news.
