Still waiting for the doggone jitney but I agree 1000% with Jazz.
It's not right and because all of us have been used as guinea pigs, by request and because were also stockholders we sould be entitled to know just what went wrong and who was determined to be the cog in the wheel.
Only remind you on repetitive problems and it appears that this is repetitive. I would like to know that the offended party has found out what went wrong, why and what was done about it. Not really a big deal.
Myself, I've purchased 3 cd's so far and all of them arrived within 1 week 10 days. A bit long but not enough to go bonkers about.
They should have a fulfillment exception report based upon a preset parameter.
One of my clients down home is one of the worlds largest mail order firms in the country. They stock some things but most is fulfilled by their vendors. Their system provides a report of every instance when a vendor violates their previously agreed upon 2 or 3 day fulfillment schedule.
I've been there when a vendor is caled in to justify less than a 98% compliance record for the WEEK, not the month. 98%!!! Not a pretty sight and they always have a back-up vendor in place. 2 screw-up's and they begin to shift business to the second as a warning. 3 screw-up's and your done. Then they go look for another back-up vendor to keep the second in line and so on. I remember last year when theu couldn't find a back-up vendor. They started a business in direct competition to their original vendor and dropped the first vendor while they were doing more than 3 million in annulaized business. I know this because even though I'm small potatoes and not a supplier to them in traditional sense they outline to all for example. You always know where you stand. 1 mistake and uh oh. 2 mistakes and you're on the way out. 3rd and you're gone.
These are professionals and they watch every order like it was their only order.
We should do and as stockholders demand that we do the same. If TSIG's going to play in the big leagues we owe our customers and certainly they owe us as stockholders nothing less.
Got to go there's the beep beep, greta conditions and sunny wow!
