Lynn, Would you consider entering AOL via NSCP?
The current price of AOL 175.75* .45 = 79.08 which is the full value of NSCP. NSCP is 73.81, therefore, you enter at $5.27 discount per share. Yes, there is risk. The FTC could block the merger.
