he, he.... if I get your story straight, that's a good example why I haven't dove into e trading yet, one wrong click, and you got problems! Can't help you approaching it from a procedural problem, but generally speaking about shorting cbnr down here doesn't seem to be too smart (its been at this bottom area for sometime). On the other hand, if Mr. MJ comes back to town and starts cracking the whip with his promised news, you may have to really hustle to cover your rear end!
