First of all, let me clarify something. The reaction in my earlier
post wasn't against OMKT's prospects, but rather against the idea
that someone was basing investment decisions on a rumor he had read
on Yahoo, a site that we all know is full of hype and misrepresentations. I am long OMKT and would love to see it
hit $25, or $90, or any of the other numbers that have been
bandied about this week.

I mean, what's a "shopping cart" patent worth? How about "secure, real-time payments?" Or "session tracking?"

In the sense that it tells you they have some pretty solid technology built into their products, they're worth quite a bit. In the sense that they would lead to licensing revenue streams, its hard to tell
until they're able to successfully defend it in court.

My concerns with the company have never been with the technology
but with the management. If management gets its act together,
the sky's the limit for this stock.
