I don't know if he ever wrote a book on it, maybe he did. My broker's father, who was an avid futures trader at the time, taught me the pitchfork. The guy made a fortune and I was full of questions. We met almost every day, all day, trading markets and discussing the fork, and he was gracious enough to teach me very willingly...I was very fortunate in my ignorance, I had no idea how well the fork would serve me over the years.....
