Yesterday I bumped into a friend who has worked for Apple for years. She told me that they are going to be launching a much more aggressive ad campaign in the next few months (finally...) that will directly go at Intel and Microsoft. Don't know if this is old news, but I hope it does something... I have held Apple stock for years :-( and also bought more at 17 7/8. I do think that this thing will turn around (I remember the predictions of demise at least twice in the past 15 years that I have owned Apple stock, with resulting resurrections) but it may take 2 years or so to be in good shape again. I hope I am being patient and not stupid (though I do think of what my money could have been doing in Intel or Dell while I've been being patient!) Jeff
